|Tech Ministry Contact, Robin Schoenborn
Robin has lived in Los Alamos since 1994 and loves it here. He joined Crossroads Bible Church soon after its creation and has grown deeper spiritually through many of its ministries. He serves the church by overseeing some of its technical ministries, including the computer network, communications, and the church website.
He is among the last of the baby-boomers, born in Denver and has lived throughout the Midwest and the West Coast all of his life. When he was 15, his family moved east from the lush foliage of the Portland area to the dry and empty parries of Wyoming (which he eventually came to appreciate). While obtaining his bachelor’s degree in physics in Laramie, he became a born-again Christian through Campus Crusade for Christ (now called Cru). He received his Master of Science in Physics from the University of Utah in 1985.
Robin loves being at the edge of technology, especially in a meaning and purposeful way such as ministry. Sci-fi, theology, philosophy and the pursuit of the quintessential cup of coffee are among his interests.
